Our approach for Transportation-for-Hire providers is simple. MAGIIS provides an enterprise platform for transportation providers with autonomous dispatching, integrated payments, driver support, vehicle asset tracking, and end-to-end admin support with our world-class process engineer design. We help providers run their organizations with the best-in-class proven processes, empowering them to do what they better do: deliver extraordinary services to their customers. We provide a white-labeled Omnichannel Interface built to simplify the vehicle hiring process for their customers or transportation seekers. With the provider’s branding and logo, they can offer multiple channels to request a ride, such as a Mobile App, WhatsApp, Telegram, phone calls, Interactive Voice Response, and many more. Finally, the key asset of our solution is our cloud Marketplace Network for sharing inventory between providers to create an “Always Available” experience for their customers. Providers can offer their assets to be hired among the MAGIIS ecosystem, maximizing the return on their investments while exceeding their customers’ expectations.
Q. Your pricing model is competitive and unique. Could you elaborate on the same for our readers?
Our pricing model has two flavors. One is 5% pay-as-you-go which becomes very affordable to providers with fleets of 1 to 49 vehicles. That helps providers successfully surf between low-income and high-income periods with the same full functionality. The second one is an annual subscription based on the number of vehicles or transactions. This model is specially designed for fleets with more than 50 vehicles to optimize profitability.
Q. How do you market your services?
We are a B2B SaaS platform marketed through direct sales and our national network of business partners. We currently focus on three US regions: Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and West.
Q. Do you have any new services ready to be launched?
Delivering reliable and innovative solutions is all we do! Before each new version of our platform goes live, we spend endless hours testing our platform to ensure that everything has the highest worldwide quality standards. As our new ride request channel, we are testing Voice Assistants (Alexa, Siri, etc.).AI simplified reports to help providers anticipate potential issues and analyze areas of improvement in their operations. And one-to-one marketing features to help providers enhance their customer experience.

He has held leadership positions for the Latin-American region in multiple multinational corporations. Leonardo’s last endeavor was AKTIO, one of Latin America’s leading Value Technology Distributors. It was sold to the largest Global distributor in 2015 as part of his exit strategy.
